Price includes 2 one hour consultations, 6 to 8 hours of personal instruction, including shopping trip and cooking class in your home. Weekly follow-up consultations with new menus and shopping lists gives you personalized and on-going support for your 4 week wellness journey. This price includes up to 3 family members. Additional family members and friends can join the class for an additional $150 per person.

This package includes preparing a menu of your choice, shopping, teaching the class, serving dinner and clean-up for up to 12 participants. Additional participants $40 per person.

Several times a year you can join a small group 30 day program to help identity foods that are causing inflammation in the body. Enjoy a clear mind and body as you support your health by eating super nutritious, delicious foods! Program includes a 6 hour cooking class, meal plans, shopping lists and recipes to guide you through your 4 weeks. Once a week for 4 weeks, the group will get together with Chef Kristina for a two hour cooking demo and sharing to support you on your wellness journey.
