Chef Kristina will shop and prepare the weekly meals for you and your family according to your personalized eating plan.  We work together to develop a menu plan that supports your health and well-being, lifestyle and dining preferences.  Kristina is great at creating recipes that are nutritious and delicious using as many super foods as possible! 

Hands-On Learning

Let Chef Kristina help you organize your kitchen, weekly shopping list and meal planning. She'll work with you to create an recipes and an eating plan that inspires you to nurture yourself, and prepare healthy food for yourself and your family using the best nutrition in the least amount of time.  She can share quick and easy preparation tips, show you culinary short-cuts and how to use kitchen machines to save time, and improve your knife skills to make preparing meals faster and more enjoyable.

Whole Food Inspired Kitchen

Kristina's goal is to inspire you to take control of your kitchen and your health!  Kristina's signature program teaches you to shop and prepare weekly meals by spending the least amount of time in the kitchen. Together, you'll transform your kitchen and your culinary skills to create a week's worth of nutritious, delicious creatively plated cuisine. Includes 2 private one-hour consultations and a full day of hands-on learning with Chef Kristina.

   

Elimination Diet Protocol

Food Allergies and sensitivities can cause a myriad of health issues that are often hard to diagnose.  If you are experiencing bloating, fatigue after eating, rashes, hives, achy joints, brain fog, moodiness or have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, an elimination diet might be helpful in determining if you have food sensitivities causing these symptoms.  Common food allergens such as gluten, grain, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, night shade vegetables, alcohol, sodas, artificial sweetners and sugar are not eaten for 3 weeks allowing the body to readjust.  Each food is then reintroduced one at a time to determine if a sensitivity is triggered.  Avoiding the foods that your body is sensitive to results in  greater sense of well-being.  

Kristina guides you through the four week process with meal planning, recipes, shopping lists and reintroduction protocol of the foods eliminated.  Kristina has designed the recipes to be delicious and satisfying making it easy to follow.  Ask your doctor if an elimination diet would be helpful to you!  

Super Foodie Dinner Party

Host a themed cooking class at your home and invite your friends for a a fun culinary adventure!  Chef Kristina works with you to plan an exciting menu, shops and sets up your kitchen for you and your guests to chop, cook, laugh (and drink some wine!) together.  You'll get expert instruction, learn some new culinary techniques and enjoy a fabulous  three or four course lunch or dinner!
